To rant is free if it will make you feel better, to avoid heart attack and any unwanted thoughts.
Just remember to watch your words when you rant.

You will feel better afterwards, but be sure your words are not as sharp as a knife, not to cause hurt to an innocent one.

Sometimes it’s okay not to be okay.
Dig its shallow meaning from the mountain of words buried in my sealed thoughts.

We are adults now; know the right things, a sign that you are maturing.
Learn to be flexible like the bamboo.
It is not cowardice to say sorry and accept forgiveness.

Whatever the best of music, adjust your rhythm, play along, dance in harmony with it.

Are you feeling better now after ranting?
What lessons did you learn?
Will negative reactions matter?

At the end of the day, do not forget who you are.
You are a dignified, composed, dignified human.
