Learn all about the brewing process while tasting a range of beers from Hong Kong’s top-rated Craft Brewery. The Yardley Brothers brewing team will give you a guided tour of our new state of the art brewery, talking through the brewing process from grain to glass. You’ll visit the brewhouse, fermentation tanks and Hong Kong’s largest barrel room, all with a glass of Yardley Brothers Beer in your hand. We’ll explain everything from recipe development to packaging and quality control, provide a guided tasting of between 5-8 Yardley Brothers drinks on draught, including at least one non-alcoholic option, as well as a guided tasting of barrel-aged beer and Introduction to the barrel-aging process. Plus, during the two-hour tour, you can take as many goes on the slide as you like, beat your friends at table football, and more!
